Overview
The United Methodist Frontier Foundation delivers
socially principled investment management, fosters generosity, promotes
education, and provides financial tools to support churches in achieving
financial stability throughout New York and Connecticut. This position provides investor and administrative support to the Executive Director and the Finance Manager. The position will provide backup support for our investment management system, management of
client files, general administrative tasks as well as developing marketing resources and communicating with church members and pastors. The associate will have direct client contact, so confident and polished verbal communications skills are necessary as well as a friendly and welcoming manner.
The applicant will work with our local church clients (investors) to address their
concerns. They will assist in the preparation of monthly investor reports and be required to analyze and understand financial data, including bank reconciliations and fund
performances.
This position supports multiple supervisors and is involved with a variety of
administrative duties. They are responsible for recording and disseminating
information, scheduling meetings (including virtual) events, facilitating
communication with clients and performing other duties as requested. The applicant will be expected to acquire knowledge of maintaining the organization’s website, data management and
financial systems.
