About Four Freedoms Park Conservancy

ORGANIZATIONAL OVERVIEW: Four Freedoms Park Conservancy (FFPC) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2011 that partners with the New York State Office of Parks Recreation and Historical Preservation to produce public programs at Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms State Park. We are inspired by the legacy of Franklin D. Roosevelt and his State of the Union Speech of January 6, 1941, in which he described the basis for a better world predicated on four freedoms - freedom of speech and expression, freedom of worship, freedom from want, and freedom from fear.

FFPC is committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture and community. Candidates of color, bilingual, and bicultural candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. FFPC strongly supports equal employment opportunity for all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, marital status, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by state or federal law.
