Asphalt Green is searching for a Community Programs Administrative Manager to oversee external partnerships with schools and community organizations. This is a great opportunity to use your organizational skills/attention to detail as you create/issue program applications and finalize partnership agreements.  The role also includes billing, budgets, expense tracking (using Salesforce) and purchasing of equipment and supplies.  You will work with other members of the Community Programs Department along with IT, Finance and Purchasing to name a few. If you are a people person looking for an employer with a positive mission, have strong computer skills and are detail oriented with good follow through this is the job for you!

Asphalt Green is one of NYCs premier sports and fitness organizations. As a non-profit, our mission is to improve the health and fitness of all New Yorkers, regardless of age, ability, or economics. We facilitate several highly successful and long running community programs for children and adults both on-site and in the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan (see www.asphaltgreen.org for more information).

NOTE: We expect this position to be on-site initially throughout training with the possibility of a hybrid schedule at a later date. We also require proof of full vaccination status.  

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree plus 3 year’s relevant experience OR Master’s degree and 1 year of relevant experience                                                                                               

·        CRM database proficiency; preferably Salesforce; experience with PMM, NPSP preferred

·        Advanced MS Excel proficiency and MS Office / Teams

·        Advanced Google maps or GIS experience is a plus
