Your tasks includes, but are not limited to:

  • Establish and maintain partnerships. Participate in committees and meetings as assigned.
  • Coordinate ongoing training opportunities for Alliance members.
  • Responsible for data collection, reporting, and quality assurance measures.
  • Direct service provision to help identify needs and remove barriers to youth and families.
  • Support the development, coordination, and implementation of local youth and family events hosted or sponsored by the Troy Youth Alliance.
  • Work closely with providers and stakeholders to understand and support the needs of youth and families in Rensselaer County.
  • Manage the activities and requirements of the Troy Youth Alliance through the development and adherence of policies and procedures as required by the agency and funding sources.
  • Support and implement the strategic direction of the Troy Youth Alliance.
  • Work collaboratively with CEO Administration to support the ongoing sustainability of the Youth Alliance cohort.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field or equivalent education and work experience with youth and families.
  • Knowledge and experience with the target community
  • Experience in leadership and/or management of both individuals and programs.
  • Experience in organizing and collaborating with community stakeholders
