Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Philanthropic Services Associate. As such, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support for various philanthropic activities, including fund management, donor relations, planned giving, estate administration, and events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or three or more years of experience in nonprofit organizations’ programs
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Philanthropy & Planned Giving (Development Department)
  • Assist in database management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of donors and contributions
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of philanthropic events
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth fund management and disbursement processes
  • Support donor relations efforts to strengthen relationships and enhance the overall donor experience
