Overview

Must have a Food Handling Permit and previously demonstrated experience providing food services to children in a group and or educational setting. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others. ECDO food services are in compliance with the State of New York CACFP. Must have knowledge of pre-prep and daily service of nutritious meals for a diverse population and knowledge of CACFP guidelines.

Additionally, as provider of early childhood educational services, the agency ( ECDO, Forever Harlem ) is required to submit security clearance from the city and state of New York for every staff member on site at either one of the 2 facilities.
