Friendship Circle of the Upper East Side is seeking a female Program Director to join our team. This critical role will include planning, coordinating and actively leading a team to execute weekly and seasonal programs + events.
Applicants should have extreme attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills and strong creative abilities. Being adaptable and having high problem solving abilities is essential. The ideal candidate is comfortable in an executive leadership position, works in an assertive fashion, has strong interpersonal skills, is an excellent communicator and maintains cool under pressure. Familiarity with Jewish tradition and practice is required for effective planning and implementation of programming.
This is a full time position. Salary is competitive, commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience. Looking for long term employees only.
