SENIOR CASE MANAGER

Supported Housing

Description: Besides performing the duties of a Case Manager and maintaining a

regular caseload, the Senior Case Manager assists the Director of Supported Housing and

the Clinical Coordinator in supervising and monitoring the work of other case managers.

Qualifications (updated 4/25/23):

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with three (3) years’ work experience (case

management preferred) with a similar population; with one year’s supervisory experience

required.

Good verbal and written communication skills and good computer skills required.

Bilingual / Spanish proficiency a plus.

Schedule: Office hours are Monday through Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Fridays

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Senior Case Manager may be required to report earlier or work later hours depending on

specific assignments or supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Requirements & Limitations: Candidates for this position must be able to access

apartments above first floor, must be able to travel to different locations within the

community, and must be able to demonstrate proper cleaning and apartment maintenance

methods to clients/residents of the program in addressing daily living skills

Salary: Annualized at $58,118 plus benefits, with $3,000 sign-on bonus
