OVERVIEW
Besides performing the duties of a Case Manager and maintaining a regular caseload, the Senior Case Manager assists the Director of Supported Housing and the Supported Housing Clinical Coordinator in supervising and monitoring the work of other case managers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with two (2) years’ work experience in social services required; one year’s supervisory experience preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills and good computer skills required. Bilingual / Spanish proficiency a plus.
Schedule:
Office hours are Monday through Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Senior Case Manager may be required to report earlier or work later hours depending on specific assignments or supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Requirements & Limitations:
Candidates for this position must be able to access apartments above first floor, must be able to travel to different locations within the community, and must be able to demonstrate proper cleaning and apartment maintenance methods to clients/residents of the program in addressing daily living skills
