Overview
Littig House is seeking a detail-oriented, part-time Bookkeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have experience in the following systems: NYS Statewide Financial System (SFS), NYS OCFS Contract Management System (CMS) and Nassau County Financial Systems (NCFS). Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for accounts payables, accounts receivables and monthly reconciliations through a financial accounting system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare documentation for claim processing aligned with approved contract items.
- Process agency’s account receivables, account payables and monthly bank reconciliations in QuickBooks
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support overall financial and administrative functions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in the following systems: QuickBooks, NY SFS, NYS OCFS CMS and Nassau County Financial Systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
