Title:  Financial Systems Integration Analyst 

Program: Finance 

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Director of Financial Systems Integration, the Financial Systems Integration Analyst will support the organization efforts to implement, enforce and maintain a high data quality standard for the core financial systems such as Sage Intacct, Ceridian Dayforce and the future procurement tool that will be used throughout the Agency. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Financial Systems Integration Analyst will ensure the accuracy of payroll financial data in Ceridian Dayforce and Sage Intacct and will actively participate in automating the payroll data transmission between both systems. 

The Financial Systems Integration Analyst will also provide support with the design, implementation, and training of the future procurement tool to ensure for a successful implementation and optimal utilization across the organization. 

The Financial Systems Integration Analyst will work as a member of the Finance team and serve as the liaison between the finance department and human resources and other PRI departments to ensure that Sage Intacct, Ceridian Dayforce, the future procurement tool, and existing financial information systems answer stakeholders’ needs. 

 Also, the Financial Systems Integration Analyst works to improve efficiency of all financial processes with focus on the people side of adopting changes required to realize efficiencies in the operation.   

The Financial Systems Integration Analyst is also expected to: 

  • Ensure the bi-weekly payroll process runs in a timely fashion with financial data carried over to Intacct from Dayforce accurately and with the proper documentation. 
  • Support efforts to automate the payroll file transmission between Sage Intacct and Dayforce while ensuring internal controls and safeguards are in place and operating effectively to ensure data accuracy. 
  • Participate in the development and facilitate educational training revolving around core systems such as Sage Intacct and the procurement tool. 
  • Assist in creating, tailoring our updating Programs’ financial reports in Sage Intacct 
  • Support identification, planning, and implementation efforts of key projects to improve quality, optimize resources, increase operational efficiency 
  • Train and communicate with stakeholders on key finance-related processes such as payroll, reporting and procurement. 
  • Evaluate policies and procedures to identify inefficiencies and coordinate to determine a future state that satisfies the business requirements. 
  • Update process documents and conduct business process efficiency audits.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products   

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, experience in Finance or Accounting operations preferred. 
  • Experience working for a non-for-profit organization in a capacity related to Finance and/or Human Resources processes is preferred. 
  • Exposure to project management methodologies is a plus.
