Overview

Qualifications:

  • Architecture expertise in project, product, and cross-product technology strategy.
  • Experience designing and leading the implementation of platform architectures for mobility, application services, data management, and/or application and data security.
  •  Very strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written).
  • Strong team player works well in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to provide thought leadership and influence others; ability to understand the diverse perspectives, drivers, and objectives among business teams and incorporate them into an enterprise strategy.
  • Demonstrated capability in developing, maintaining, and promoting enterprise architecture standards and processes.
  • Strong focus on the multifaceted cost aspects of implementing technologies and technology processes.
  • Ability to influence and motivate colleagues across IS&T and within the Programs to align with enterprise technical strategies and objectives.
  • A focus on both understanding the business and delivering business outcomes through technical improvement and innovation.
  • Project management experience (e.g., timeline creation, resource management, status tracking, etc.) specifically for proofs of concept, ROI analysis, and technology-strategy efforts.
  • Self-starter; strong ability to plan, prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
