POSITION SUMMARY

The Human Resources Intern will play a crucial role assisting with enhancing the experience of the expense reimbursement internal communication. The summer internship will provide the opportunity to gain hands on experience in HR, communications, and project management.  

To be considered you must be a student enrolled in a undergraduate program or graduate program. The Internship program will begin on June 3rd and end on August 2nd. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research Trinity’s reimbursement policy, create a proposal outlining the structure, the message, and needs for the video.

• Assist with planning and overseeing events

• Attend all HR events and programming to ensure set-up, attendance and post take down is completed.

• Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties

• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR team

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ACTIVITIES

• Microsoft Office

REQUIRED AND PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CREDENTIALS

• In pursuit of bachelor’s degree majoring in human resources management or business-related, is required.

• 0 – 2 years of office related experience and/or human resources experience preferred

• Project Management experience preferred

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Curious, creative, and independent thinker
