Purpose of the Position:

The Human Capital Coordinator is responsible for assisting and supporting the strategic execution of the work of the Chief Human Capital & Compliance Officer.  Teamwork, process, relationship management and effective communication, as well as acute attention to detail are critical aspects of this role.  The individual will play a critical part in ensuring that all functions of the Human Capital team run smoothly and will be an ambassador of the HC team to our internal and external customers, clients and/or partners.  The ideal candidate must be SHRM Certified and have deep knowledge of best practices in all aspects of Human Capital services.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the employee lifecycle experience though critical HC operation functions like our onboarding activities, internal projects, and key risk mitigation efforts
  • Perform critical support functions like shared inbox management and employment file recordkeeping in a timely manner with a keen attention to detail
  • Manages high volume of incoming requests for a C-suite level executive
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of employment information and supporting data integrity within the HC systems
  • Ongoing knowledge building of Human Resources though broader team engagement, exposure, and intentional learning
  • Develops drafts of organization wide responses to various correspondence, at the direction of the CHC&CO
  • Managing ad hoc requests and help on various short- and long-term projects
  • Serve as the front line for handling incoming calls and requests for information from both internal and external sources.  Fulfill requests and resolve problems.
  • Coordinate preparation of Board materials for HC Compensation Committee and DE&I Committees
  • Responsible for tracking expenses and record keeping against the departmental budget
  • Manage a fluid calendar and ensure all applicable background/documentation is in hand. Execute and coordinate meetings, appointments, reservations, and videoconferences.
  • Review/edit all documents seeking signature/approval of CHC&CO
  • Develop and update databases, spreadsheets, files, etc. regularly.
  • Make travel arrangements; prepare itineraries and agendas.

Qualifications:

  • Commitment to Win’s mission, vision and values,
  • BA/BS required in a Human Resources related field
  • Minimum of five years of Human Resources experience in a complex organization
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and outstanding ability to interact effectively with management team and staff
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including an ability to resolve disputes and maintain confidentiality; must have a high level of personal and professional integrity
  • Must have excellent Microsoft Suite skills
  • Must possess strong multi-tasking capabilities and be willing to take a hands-on approach to problem-solving

Essential Functions:

  • Must be able to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to sit at a computer for most of the workday.
  • Must have current SHRM certification
